On Sunday, I had a hankering for a lemonade so we crossed the bridge into Surf City and found a little place called Island Delights. It had homemade lemonade and orangeade, plus milkshakes and burgers and all kinds of diner foods. They also had various mechanical animals to ride for the bargain price of 25 cents. We chose the traditional horse for Dan's first ride. Man, oh, man was that the best quarter I've ever spent! It was hilarious to watch him (and to listen to him making some funny noises). So I was right about the quarter and the diner! :-) You have to admit there are some fun parts to living wherever the heck it is you guys are! :-)
