Updates coming!

We're back in North Carolina from our big trip to Kansas and Oklahoma!  We're having some issues with our wireless router so I'm working through those and will have lots and lots of pictures and video up soon!

Hanging at Grandma's House

Well, we're in Kansas!  Which means that we're having way too much fun to do blog posts every day.  Sorry!  So far, in the week that we've been here, we've had a barbecue with my high school friends and their kids, went swimming at the Y twice, went to my cousin's wedding in Topeka, and hosted my parents' 40th anniversary party.  Whew!  And tomorrow we're headed to Oklahoma, aka The Land with Dial-Up, so no blog posts for awhile.  Plus, Zach is headed home today and is taking the laptop, but I promise to take lots and lots of pictures and I will blog when I can.

Blueberry Pickin'

After a successful day at the strawberry patch a few weeks ago, we decided to hit the blueberry field this week.  I'm ashamed to admit that I didn't even know that blueberries grow on bushes, not on the ground like strawberries.  But now that I know that, I'm a big fan of the blueberries because it means a lot less bending over for me!  Dan picked at his height and I picked at mine and Ben just came along for the ride.

The blueberries we picked are giant and delicious.  I think I'm going to make a cobbler tomorrow!
