We celebrated both boys' birthdays with an awesome party on Saturday. It was at a place called Kid Ventures and the theme was Superhero Training Academy. It was in a big gymnastics room and the kids had lots of activities and games to keep them occupied. All of the grown-ups (and Hannah) hung out in the adjoining room, snacking and chatting and watching the kids get all sweaty and tired.
I love having a joint birthday party for Dan and Ben, especially since they share the same interests and the same buddies. Hannah got in on the action when it was time for the grown-ups to throw balls at the kids. We kept a close eye on her so she wouldn't get pummeled, don't worry! Everyone had a great time and went home sugared up and exhausted.
