In the weeds

Or as Dan calls it, the "tall grass."  This is the boys' new favorite place to play, the open area behind and to the side of our house.  Dan loves to trip around in the tall grass, falling over himself and losing his shoes half the time.  Ben isn't as big a fan, mostly because the grass is taller than him and he doesn't like it scratching his face.  

After they get tired of walking around in the tall grass, they usually head to the little ponds behind the woods where they each find a pine cone and get way to close to the edge before throwing them in.  We're going to miss our nature walks when we move to Kansas in a couple of months!
